If you already have all crystal you were looking for in your shopping basket, simply procede in the same page - click on the button make order. th next page will b ur invoice - how will be the products shipped to your home, and the way you prefer to pay us.
Methods of payment
There are two methods how to pay us - by a bank transfer or with your credit card (Mastercard). If you decide to pay with your credit card, the payment will be done in the system SET (Secure Electronic Transaction). Inmediatly after receiving the payment in our account, we send you a confirmation e-mail and the goods are sent to you in two days or sooner.

Period of delivery
The approximate period of delivery depends on the way of transport you have chosen.
in general it's within 3 weeks
Complaints
All products are controlled before we send them. If you recieve damaged products or the shipment is not delivered at all, and the crystal was sent to you by air freight or by the company FedEx, you simply have to give notice to the enterprise that delivered you the shipment. The insurance covers both of these cases. As soon as the transport enterprise indemnify us we will send you again the pieces that were broken or that were not delivered. If you have chosen the surface freight as the way of your transportation we are able to guarantee only the delivery of the shipment. Unfortunately, we can not ensure the crystal thatīs inside against possible damages. That is the reason why we can not avouch for the secure shipping for all pieces you have ordered.
